Great to meet you!

I decided to become a counselor as a result of having family member struggling with mental health and other challenges. This sparked an interest in this particular field.

I work best with client who are willing and motivated to do the work. If you don't deposit money in the bank, you can't expect a withdrawal. You have to do the work.

I'm excited to work with all clients specifically women and men challenges, and transition in life.

The giving up is not an option. The race is not given to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, but to the one that endures to the end.

It's a great opportunity to provide services in a non-conventional manner via telehealth. Each individual has a unique situation and may not be able to do face to face or in person. Working remotely with a flexible schedule will allow great opportunity to assist those with unique needs.

I'm inspired when I can assist with changing a life. This is inspiration.

Clients can expect a warm, comforting introduction in a safe welcoming environmental.

I would like to understand their goal in order to formulate a treatment plan specific to their needs.

If you do the work, you will see results. I'm a good listener, nonjudgmental and empathetic.

I enjoy traveling, surrounding myself around good food, friends and family.

I simply have faith that I can do whatever, no matter what!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that people heal through connection. I integrate evidence‐based practices with a warm, relational style that helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported. I focus on helping individuals and couples understand their patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools that create lasting change. Therapy with me is a space where we explore challenges, honor strengths, and work together toward growth, clarity, and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me
