I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. While I am direct and passionate, I will challenge you and provide a space where you feel safe. We will probably laugh a lot and explore areas you may never imagined were possible to go. I am caring, open minded and love guiding clients in their journey.

My approach to therapy

I am EMDR trained, Bowen Family Systems trained, FBT/Maudsley trained and incorporate CBT, Motivational Interviewing and solution focus modalities. It’s eclectic and not one size fits all.

What you can expect from me

We will use this time to get to know each other and to make sure we’re a good fit. It’s relaxed and I won’t spend my time behind a computer screen typing.
