Great to meet you!

I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood, while also guiding you through medication management when needed. With over 20 years of nursing experience, I bring a unique perspective to being a mental health care provider. I graduated from Pace University in 2023 and specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

I would describe my style as warm, approachable, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My style balances empathy with structure—I listen actively, validate their experiences, and incorporate evidence-based strategies to promote relief and resilience. I view treatment as a partnership, where we work together to build coping skills, improve overall well-being, and foster long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful and collaborative approach to medication management as the foundation of our work together. I focus on helping clients understand their treatment options, monitoring progress closely, and adjusting medications as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes. Education and open communication are central, so clients feel informed and empowered in their care. Alongside medication management, I incorporate supportive therapy and coping strategies to address day-to-day challenges and promote overall well-being.
