Great to meet you!

“Compassionate, evidence-based support for healing, growth, and lasting change.”

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use concerns.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, rooted in evidence-based care to create a safe and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.

When I’m not working, I enjoy relaxing in the sun, spending time at the beach, playing tug-of-war with my dog Sawyer, reading, hiking, connecting with family, and working on creative projects—all of which help me stay grounded and balanced.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of long-term wellness and creating a meaningful life. With compassionate guidance, I help clients navigate life’s changes with an approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based strategies, I tailor care to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Clients often describe my style as supportive, down-to-earth, and approachable. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to take steps toward recovery and wellness.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths and chart a path toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with understanding your unique story and what brings you to a place of change. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth.

My approach blends evidence-based practices with a caring, client-centered focus to help you achieve lasting transformation.
