Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I'm here to make sure it's meaningful to you. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, TF-CBT, and dialectical behavior therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, manage intense emotions, and improve relationships. These hands-on approaches give you tools to feel more in control. Based on your needs, I may include mindfulness and creative practices.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process. Therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and set goals that matter to you. As you gain new insights, your goals may evolve, and we can adapt our plan at any time. I'm here to provide the support and tools you need to move closer to where you want to be.
