Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, ADHD, and big life transitions—especially those who feel scattered, burnt out, or unsure of their next steps. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with focus, motivation, or a constant sense of pressure. Many of my clients seek my service wanting more clarity, emotional stability, and tools they can apply in real life whether related to school, work, relationships, identity, or adjusting to a new community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I won’t just ask how you feel—I help you make sense of what’s going on and figure out what actually works for your day-to-day life. Together, we focus on improving clarity, building momentum, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts, energy, and decisions. I offer medication management, life coaching, and supportive talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me feel supportive but also productive. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and tools you can realistically use—not just ideas that sound good in theory. We’ll work together at your pace, setting goals that feel meaningful and aligned with your values. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone. I strive to create a culturally sensitive therapeutic space where clients feel safe to show up exactly as they are.
