Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sherihan and am passionate about bringing healing to individuals who have been through stressful life experiences. As you get comfortable communicating your true wants and needs you build skills that will enable you to show your most authentic self to the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My passion lies in assisting individuals who have experienced traumatic or stressful events in their lives. I believe in the power of healing and providing support to those in need. With a deep understanding that each person is unique, I approach therapy from an integrative standpoint. This means that I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, and Integrative approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will work towards understanding and growth, allowing you to awaken your inner strength and resilience. As Carl Jung once said, 'Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.'
