Great to meet you!

I believe every human deserves to live their best life. I have more than 20 years of experience in clinical and educational leadership. I create opportunities for individuals to learn more about themselves and what matters and what to do about it so they can live their best life. I help people put systems in place so that they can be healthy mind, body and spirit. I also help people build the skills they need in order to have healthy, meaningful relationships with themselves, others and their world.

My approach to therapy

I get to know each individual, I learn and help them learn what matters to them and why and if it aligns with their values. I specialize in DBT, MCT, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Systems. I partner with clients to develop individualized, evidence based plans.

What you can expect from me

I will ask you to give me three things you're grateful for or 3 things that made you smile during the week. I will welcome you and we will engage in meaningful talk/ activity to build rapport. I will provide formal assessment / evaluation once I tell you what we are doing, how it will benefit you and then get your permission to learn more about what you are experiencing and what makes you awesome. I am intentional about ensuring you feel honored and valued. Before the session ends. We will know what we what our goals are, how we plan to celebrate them, what my role is in your life and we will know what matters to to you and what we are going to do about it and why.
