Great to meet you!

You might feel overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, grief, or patterns with alcohol or substance use that are hard to break. On the outside, you may seem like you’re holding everything together—but internally, it can feel exhausting, heavy, or isolating.

I help adults, particularly women, navigate trauma, PTSD, grief, and substance use while rebuilding a sense of stability and self-trust. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you begin to process what you’ve been carrying and move toward real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand the patterns behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can begin to respond differently and feel more in control.

Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, process trauma safely, and build practical tools for coping, emotional regulation, and recovery. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, while staying compassionate, structured, and tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what feels most important to address, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—you can go at your own pace. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning.
