Great to meet you!

I'm a dual board-certified psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner who provides thoughtful, personalized care for adolescents and adults. I work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment-related stress, sleep concerns, and life transitions. My background in primary care and serious illnesses helps me understand the connection between mental and physical health and how symptoms affect daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I take time to understand each patient's symptoms, history, goals, and daily challenges so we can create a treatment plan that fits their life. I use evidence-based medicatin management along with supportive therapy, CBT informed strategies, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal approaches when helpful.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect a supportive, judgment-free first visit focused on understanding what's going on and what they need most. We will review symptoms, history, current stressors, prior treatment, and goals for care. By the end of the session, patients can expect a clearer understanding of next steps, including diagnosis, medication options, coping strategies, and a follow-up plan.
