A bit about my approach to therapy

The goal is to first build a rapport and meet the client where they are in their current situation. I take the stance of providing the client or clients with the best possible care by not judging them and validating what they are feeling. I understand the importance of relationship and life balance, so I assist the client in feeling more in control of their life and helping them be more solution focused and centered.

What you can expect from our first session

Client should expect a comfortable, non-judgmental experience. Clients should expect from their first session and beyond, walking away feeling less stress and anxiety and feeling more of them being in control. They can expect to start collecting tools and interventions that they can easily work it and apply. They can also expect a therapist who is open and honest and genuine and caring.

Sherita's style is
