Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor(LMHC) and have over 11 years of experience working with individuals who are struggling within their lives personally, socially and emotionally. I received my degree from Webster University in 2011. Since obtaining my degree, I have worked to help individuals find their path in life through a journey of self discovery. My passion is seeing people discover their own inter-strength.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I focus on helping individuals feel empowered to make the necessary changes needed in order to reach their full potential. I specialize in family relationships/conflict, depression, anxiety and working through trauma. You are the captain of your ship and I am there to lend a helping hand. I offer telehealth sessions as my way of engaging clients in the counseling process.

What you can expect from our first session

Change is difficult but living with fear and emotional pain is something that you don't have to do. My main goal is to assist individuals in living their best life. Let me guide you to a place where you can discover the answers that are already within you.
