Great to meet you!

My name is Sherleene Monbrun, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in the behavioral and mental health field. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Nova Southeastern University.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse population, from young children and adolescents to adults and geriatric clients. I specialize in treating individuals with ADHD, those on the autism spectrum, and individuals coping with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am also trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

My approach to therapy

My passion lies in helping clients heal from past wounds, rediscover their self-worth, and build lasting self-confidence. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where individuals can thrive, develop healthy coping strategies, and move forward with renewed purpose and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, managing emotions, improving relationships, and setting realistic goals. My approach is compassionate, goal-focused, and tailored to help you heal, grow, and move forward with clarity.
