Great to meet you!

You already know something isn't right. You just haven't had the space to figure out what to do about it. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and the quiet but persistent question of whether they are enough. A lot of my clients come in feeling like they should have figured things out by now, or like what they're going through isn't serious enough to ask for help. It is. And you don't have to keep managing it alone.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we slow down and look at what's actually driving the anxiety or the low moments, not just the symptoms on the surface. We work toward building a sense of self that doesn't depend on everything going perfectly. Many of my clients leave sessions feeling less overwhelmed and more like they have language for what they're carrying. That's usually where the real shift begins.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not a checklist. I want to understand what's been going on and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side. If you're ready to take that first step, reach out. I'd love to connect.
