Great to meet you!

I’ve spent my professional life walking alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments from infants in early childhood programs to youth in group homes, adults in substance-use recovery, and families involved with CPS. These experiences shaped my belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when they have the opportunity to match with a therapist who can listen, teach, challenge, and support them through it. I am trauma-informed and utilize approaches such as CBT and EMDR to help clients move from survival to restoration and growth. My approach is practical, real, and deeply rooted in lived experience and genuine care for the people I serve.

My approach to therapy

I take a realistic, hands-on approach shaped by years of experience with diverse populations. Trauma-informed and utilizing evidence-based techniques such as CBT and EMDR, I help clients navigate immediate challenges while building resilience, insight, and stronger connections. My goal is to support meaningful growth in ways that feel practical, real, and deeply rooted in lived experience.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a compassionate and welcoming space where I take time to understand your story and what brings you to therapy. I will provide information about next steps, explain how I work, and discuss goals and options for your care. My approach is encouraging and collaborative, helping you feel informed, supported, and empowered to take the next steps in your healing journey.
