Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience as a school counselor in the public system, I have dedicated my career to helping adolescents navigate the turbulent waters of modern growth. I believe in a holistic approach—partnering with parents to foster resilience, academic success, and strong family communication.

Beyond the classroom, I hold a deep, personal commitment to women’s ministry. I provide a sacred, confidential space for women navigating the pain of divorce or seeking healing through post-abortion recovery. My practice is founded on the belief that no matter the complexity of your past, there is a clear, hopeful path to restoration.

Whether I’m guiding a student toward their future or walking alongside a woman through her deepest season of healing, my mission is to ensure every person feels seen, valued, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my practice is a singular, steadfast belief: You were not meant to walk your journey alone.

Whether you are a student navigating the complex landscape of your teenage years, or a woman seeking restoration after the heartbreak of divorce or the weight of a past abortion, I am here to walk with you. My approach is intentionally designed to be a bridge—between professional clinical expertise and a grace-filled, faith-based foundation.

What you can expect from me

Step into a space designed for reflection, not just consultation. As your counselor, I act as a collaborative guide—blending clinical insight with a heart of faith to help you navigate your unique story. Whether we are uncovering hidden strengths or mapping out a path through transition, you will always leave our sessions with a clear plan and the absolute certainty that you are not walking this journey alone.
