Great to meet you!

As an LCSW in Montana, I offer compassionate support for the moments in life that can change everything. Through my diverse experience, currently I focus my skills working with people through grief, loss, anticipatory grief, end of life transitions, meaning making, care giver support and chronic or terminal illness. I offer 17 years experience working with people trying to navigate complex mental health challenges and trauma and acute crisis. In addition, I have worked extensively with individuals and families to navigate life's transitions, behavioral health challenges and shifting dynamics that just happen in life.

My approach to therapy

My style is down to earth, patient and deeply collaborative. I don't believe that one size fits all, instead we work at a pace that feels safe and respectful to your unique story. Chapters in our lives are deeply complex and unique to each person.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to offer a dedicated space where you don't have to put on a brave face, hold it all together, or pretend feelings fit into a neat box. We can't control the storms of life brings, but we can work together to find your bearings.
