Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step - whether it's your first time or you're returning after a break. In our work together, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where your experiences are heard and respected. My goals is to build a relationship grounded in trust and safety, so you can explore what's holding you back and move toward a meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs. Whether we're addressing trauma, relationship difficulties, or emotional overwhelm, I'll draw from evidence-based tools and practices to support your healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we'll focus on getting to know one another. I'll ask about your current concerns, your history, and what you're hoping to achieve. Together, we'll identify goals and begin to explore the patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may be contributing to your challenges. There's no pressure to share everything at once - we'll go at your pace. Some sessions may feel like a deep dive, while others may feel more solution-focused. Whatever arises, I'll walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and respect for your process.
