Great to meet you!

Have you been feeling discontent or disillusioned lately? It is very easy to feel stuck, detached, or isolated from others, even when surrounded by supportive friends, colleagues, and family. You get up, go to work, go home, go to bed on repeat, just like the rest of the world,

You do not have to shoulder these burdens alone.

The "suck it up and stick it out" mentality is killing our helping professionals and affecting the rest of us as well. As the daughter of first responders, a licensed social worker, and a certified first-responder therapist, I am uniquely qualified to listen to your stories and work with you to create a plan to help you find joy in your job/life and feel like yourself again.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio and Virginia. I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years and have been independently licensed for about 3 years. I provide services via telehealth.

Outside of the office, I am a proud, nerdy, pagan mom who loves spending time outside with my pets and being creative. I love reading, playing board and video games.

I am excited to learn more about you.

My approach to therapy

I help my clients reconnect with the fundamentals of caring for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being via online therapy.

I hold special certification in the treatment of First responders, which includes, but is not limited to, firefighters, police, Dispatchers, ER Nurses, Doctors, and Veterinarians.

I also have taken training around Holistic healing, including spiritual healing, past life trauma, Trauma Focused Tapping, and other techniques.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be to get to know each other and see if we will be a good fit. You are welcome to ask me any questions you have about the therapy process or me. I will be asking you questions to help me further understand what is bringing you to therapy and how I can best help you. If we both agree this feels like a good fit, we will create a customized plan that identifies your goals for improving your mental health and overall well-being. Finally, we will discuss scheduling your next session and what works best for our schedule moving forward.
