Great to meet you!

Hello!

If your desire is to work through the life challenges you’re currently facing, foster personal growth, and achieve meaningful, lasting change, I welcome the opportunity to support, challenge and assist you, drawing from my in-depth experience working with clients utilizing evidence-base approaches, and a master’s degree in mental health counseling.

My approach to therapy

My style, as a therapist, is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. It is important to me to use an individualized, client-centered approach, recognizing the uniqueness of each person’s story. I want you to feel comfortable and safe to talk about any issue that concerns you. My practice is inclusive, and I welcome working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, to ensure they feel seen, heard, and supported.

My passion is to help individuals find their way through life’s challenges in order to build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I’ll come alongside you to assist in setting meaningful goals that fit your values and needs.
