Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals to help them gain insight as they decide what they want to improve, change, and/or let go of within their lives. I also enjoy helping people work through marital challenges by identifying their cycle, what activates their wounds, and past injuries in their relationship, while working to repair unmet needs and create a new cycle.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide each client with an empathetic, non-judgemental space to explore and process whatever is threatening their mental peace and healing. I use an eclectic, unstructured approach, using different modalities. Many of my clients are working through anxiety, depression, marital challenges, family conflicts, and work-related concerns.
