Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm, including caregiver and maternal burnout. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, family conflict, and challenges with boundaries, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based environment where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and develop practical strategies to manage daily stressors. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on helping clients gain clarity, improve emotional balance, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy that is tailored to your unique needs. Using CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a supportive, welcoming space where we begin by getting to know what brought them to therapy and what they hope to gain from the process. We will talk through current concerns, relevant background, and any immediate stressors, while also identifying strengths and existing supports. I will ask questions to better understand their emotional, mental, and life experiences so we can begin to clarify goals for treatment together. The first session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions about therapy, my approach, and what ongoing work may look like. My goal is to ensure clients feel heard, comfortable, and supported, while beginning to create a clear and personalized path forward.
