Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. I support adolescents who are finding their way, navigating identity and belonging, building confidence, and coping with the pressures of fitting in. I also have a particular focus on women, mothers, caregivers, educators, and helping professionals navigating burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, separation or divorce, family changes, boundaries, self-esteem, and emotional exhaustion. I provide a supportive space where clients can feel heard, gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I help clients navigate anxiety, life and relationship transitions, separation or divorce, family changes, and co-parenting challenges. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication and boundaries, develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a warm, supportive, and welcoming space where we begin by getting to know what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. We’ll talk about your current concerns, important life experiences, stressors, strengths, and existing supports while beginning to identify goals together. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for my approach and what working together may look like. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with greater clarity about the path forward.
