My approach to therapy

My practice focuses on adults who struggle with traumatic history, anger issues, anxiety and/or interpersonal conflict. I specifically have a passion for helping justice involved men and women. My therapeutic style combines evidence based practices (EMDR, CBT, PET, TFCBT) with a compassionate, straightforward and authentic approach.
