I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I provide treatment services to adolescents and adults.
I utilize different treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
