I am a clinical fellow, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and a certified Imago Couples Therapist. I am trained in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, EMDR, and BrainSpotting for trauma, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I am currently co-owner of both Inspiring Purpose Counseling Group and([email protected]) and The Couples Couch ([email protected]).

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, my number one goal is ensure that you feel heard and seen, whether individually or those in partnerships. I use a systemic view of all presenting problems, understanding that although life can cause someone to feel alone, there is always hope in connection. I believe that finding hope helps to discover a future. I desire to assist a client(s) in taking a journey into their past and understanding how it affects their present thinking and being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a feeling of being understood as they incorporate new skills, learned in session, into their everyday to increase wellness in all areas.
