Great to meet you!

I am committed to enhancing the quality of life for others, guiding them toward self-worth and genuine life satisfaction. I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I integrate trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, parts work, and practical coping strategies to help clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful growth. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, supported and empowered

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. Think of it as a gentle 'meet and greet' where we'll handle some quick paperwork and talk about what’s on your mind. We won't jump into the heavy stuff right away; we’ll start by building a foundation that feels safe and supportive for you. For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate faith-based perspectives into the counseling session. My goal is first and foremost to create a space that feels authentic, supportive, and practical for real -life change.
