I have worked extensively with trauma (including veterans, first responders and adult survivors of childhood abuse) as well as addiction issues. I know that you have what you need within you to get better- we just have to explore and find that.

I listen to you and what you would like changed. Then together we will work toward that change. I will help you learn some specific skills that you can use now and in the future.

What you can expect from our first session

You will leave sessions with specific skills that will help you cope. The goal is for resolution of the issues that brought you to counseling so that you can "graduate" from counseling - counseling is not a life-long experience.
