Great to meet you!

I am a client-centered therapist who offers a compassionate, inclusive, and straightforward approach to therapy. I specialize in complex trauma faced by veterans and first responders. As an inclusive provider, I offer affirming care for all, including LGBTQIA+. I am comfortable treating an array of disorders and diagnoses, including personality disorders, mood disorders, major depressive symptoms, family conflict, relationship issues, sexual issues, and many others.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical approach is eclectic, combining cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, rational emotive therapy, gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing. This blend allows me to tailor my methods to best meet your unique needs and goals. I work with adult clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, and life challenges related to childhood trauma or traumatic life events.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe and comfortable space for you to share your experiences, challenges, and emotions. Together, we can work through your difficulties and help you achieve a more fulfilling and balanced life. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to navigate your path to healing and growth. Please call (804) 216-0110 to book a session directly with me.
