Great to meet you!

I have 9 years of experience supporting people through life’s toughest transitions, especially those impacted by trauma, loss, or major life changes. Whether your trauma is from a single event or years of difficult experiences, I aim to help you find more safety in your body, clarity in your mind, and relief in your day-to-day life. I’ve worked with adults and older adults in private practice, community mental health, the justice system, long-term care, and end-of-life settings, and I draw on that range of experience in our work together.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to bring clinical knowledge, trauma-informed care, and a grounded perspective so we can work together toward your healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we’ll build on your strengths while gently exploring and challenging patterns that may be rooted in past trauma and are getting in the way of the life you want. My style is warm yet direct, affirming, and empowering. I use a variety of approaches to tailor therapy to what fits you best, with the goal that you feel heard, understood, and supported as you create meaningful change.
