Great to meet you!

Welcome! Join me on a journey to reclaim your sense of self, direction and empowerment. As a person who has struggled with life's hardships, I am compeled to help others in these difficult times. My credentials include; Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) and an Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional (ICDVP).

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, strength-based approach, founded on mutual respect, understanding and compassion used to build positive and productive relationships. I believe this client centered philosophy, enables a true partnership between client and clinician to explore the origins of current life circumstances and together, developing a roadmap to increase happiness, healthiness and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is the start of our journey to self discovery, insight and problem solving. We can get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy and design a plan to meet your therapy goals.
