Great to meet you!

I am an LICSW with a bachelor's and master's degree from Boston College, with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life transitions, stress, and complicated emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative and practical — helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and develop tools to create meaningful change. I have particular experience working with individuals navigating high levels of responsibility both at work and at home including demands that can often feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where clients can move forward.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not once size fits all. I have had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan from children to older adults. Coming to understand where each individual is at, allowing them to choose the strategies that can help with managing concerns and symptoms that impact them daily is at the center of my approach to care.

My other areas of expertise include work stress in executives, anxiety, depression, and children and adolescents with learning disabilities.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will begin with a review of what you hope to get out of our sessions with a full history of who you are and what has brought you in. We will discuss what you believe will work for you; the goals that you wish to set and the steps along the way that can help you get there.
