Great to meet you!

One of my greatest joys in life is to be able to walk alongside people regardless of where they are at. I believe that people, when provided the right resources, can find healing even in the most difficult places. My desire is to create an environment based on trust and integrity that will provide you a safe place to share openly about life circumstances that have impacted you. I enjoy working with people from all diverse backgrounds of cultures, religions, ethnicities, and diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, sexual abuse and assault, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, and coping with life changes. I use an integrative approach of evidence-based therapy methods that focuses on the individual and their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients have expressed feeling a sense of dignity restored in their lives again, as I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental environment that will allow you to be vulnerable and authentically you.
