Great to meet you!

Sherry is a Licensed Professional Therapist, who earned her Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling, and also in Marriage and Family Therapy at Amberton University in Garland TX. She is also licensed as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and has worked with people from many different cultures, experiences, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

As a solution-focused therapist, Sherry draws from a few treatment modalities in her approach with the goal to help people lead a life that is worth celebrating. She enjoys working with individuals and couples who aspire to extract more from themselves and contribute to a life that is productive and purposeful.

What you can expect from me

Sherry finds enjoyment in helping those working through issues that interrupt their lives such as anxiety and depression. She also strives to help couples maintain healthy relationships while building skills to enhance their cohesion as she is Prepare/Enrich certified. Working with a therapist should make you feel the same way you do when you put on your favorite pair of jeans, ready for anything! Let's schedule a 5-10 minute complimentary phone call to see if we are a "good fit" for each other!
