Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and trauma-related experiences, and eating disorders. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. My approach is client-centered and integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I help clients develop greater self-awareness, understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, build effective coping skills, and strengthen their connection to themselves and others. Together, we will work toward meaningful and lasting change in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment. Together, we will identify areas you would like to focus on and begin creating a plan that feels meaningful and achievable. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we start the therapeutic process.
