Great to meet you!

"She Learned to Become" is my personal motto. I am a bubbly person who loves to challenge my clients, help them think outside the box, and help them find solutions. Our MH is apart of us, but it does not define us.

My experience includes exceptional knowledge of the many struggles and challenges of former foster youth. I also have experience of supporting the variety of MH needs of male incarcerated individuals.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are here because you are looking or help or because someone you love asked you to be here, you should know we will work on your goals. I believe report is half the battle. As we establish a repport, I remain openminded and supportive yet I will challenge your thinking and ask hard questions as needed.

What you can expect from me

I believe your story is unique yet you are not alone with your struggles. I believe in the holistic approach and that many factors have shaped you into who you are today. While learning your story, I will utilize the Person in Environment theory to understand you, the Strength Based Theory to focus on your strength, and Solution Focus approach to help you build on your strengths to find positive and long lasting solutions.
