Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or substance use concerns. You may feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from yourself, struggling with difficult emotions, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, grief and loss, panic disorders, relationship issues, women's issues, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring your experiences and developing a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe therapy should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll work to uncover the obstacles standing in the way of your well-being while building on your strengths to help you move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and deeply rooted in understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to create an individualized treatment experience. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to current challenges while developing healthier coping skills and greater emotional awareness. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, addiction recovery, grief, depression, relationship concerns, PTSD, panic symptoms, or women's issues, therapy will focus on helping you process experiences, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change that aligns with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free environment where your experiences are respected and your voice is heard. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be authentic and supported enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences. As we work together, you may develop greater self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation skills, healthier relationships, improved coping strategies, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, empowered in your decisions, and capable of creating lasting change. You don't have to face difficult experiences alone, and meaningful healing is possible.
