Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or substance use concerns. You may feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from yourself, struggling with difficult emotions, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, grief and loss, panic disorders, relationship issues, women's issues, and life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring your experiences and developing a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe therapy should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll work to uncover the obstacles standing in the way of your well-being while building on your strengths to help you move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
