Great to meet you!

Licensed in CO and NM; I am an experienced and supportive therapist who will guide you to better self-understanding and empower you to identify and achieve desired change. I am experienced in helping individuals and couples work through a variety of life challenges: including strengthening attachments, improving self-esteem, navigating life transitions, and managing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and addiction. Whether your struggle is individual or relational, I am honored to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an attachment/emotion focused therapist and practice a conversational, collaborative, person-centered approach. I will join with you to identify and build on your strengths, improve healthy and effective coping skills, and increase self understanding. I provide a safe, nurturing space for you to talk, explore, process, and heal.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe all of us have the power and strength within us to achieve our goals but sometimes feel "stuck" in a situation or relational issue. I will use my experience and training to help you get "unstuck." Together we will get you moving in your desired direction.
