I help men and women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, stress and burnout, and relationship issues use their personal strengths to deal with life problems, remove obstacles, achieve their goals and feel better.
I offer Christian counseling for clients who would like to incorporate God and faith along with evidenced-based techniques into their therapeutic journey.

Once you have decided to see a therapist, you still might be apprehensive about the process. We will create a relationship that will become the foundation for our work together. You will begin to figure out some goals; I will figure out how to help you get there.
I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be affective for my clients. This type of therapy includes techniques that are solution-focused, motivational, strength-based, and mindful.
We will work together to help you feel better. I do not have answers to all your concerns, but I do have the ability to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions. Your answers to these questions will help shape the direction of our work. You can expect to be respected. You can expect that I will offer opinions and suggestions from time to time but at no point will I tell you what to do. My goal is to empower you.
