Great to meet you!

I believe being a part of someone's healing journey is both and honor and a privilege. I believe every woman's story matters, and every woman deserves to be heard, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I focus on supporting women as they navigate life challenges, face difficult transitions, and work through painful experiences. I want you to feel safe sharing your story. Through Mentoring Hope, LLC, I strive to create a space where you feel supported as we work together toward your goals. Whether you are facing a life transition, relationship challenges, loss, stress, or the effects of trauma, you don't have to find your way through these seasons alone. I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside my Christian faith, which provides a foundation of hope while honoring each woman's individual story, beliefs, strengths, and goals. When desired, we can also incorporate faith into our work together in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my hope is that you feel comfortable being yourself. I want you to know that you will be met with genuine care, understanding, and no judgment. We'll take time to get to know one another, discuss what's on your heart, and explore what brings you here. There's absolutely no pressure to have all the answers or share more than you are ready to. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable enough to continue our work together and hopeful about the journey ahead.
