Great to meet you!

Hello!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile in this very important journey that you are about embark upon!

I am a client centered therapist that keeps the needs of my therapist first. I work with clients who have experienced trauma in the span of their lifetime and are looking to heal the effects the trauma has had upon their life. I also work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and attachment issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered while using cognitive behavioral therapy to help the client reach their goals in therapy. I work with the client to formulate a plan and check in frequently to see what the client needs from me to further facilitate the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

Through this journey I want my clients to know that we are in a partnership with me to bring a level of contentment to their lives.
