I am a very passionate psychotherapist who has worked in the field for over 30 years. I specialize in working with people going through life transitions and personal changes. My clients are experiencing life stress and human relationship issues.

I have a master degree from Santa Clara, California in Counseling Psychology. I have a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am certified in EMDR. I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach includes using systems therapy that incorporates how we relate and effect one another. I utilize strategie to help you build self-esteem and to overcome any obstacles that you are facing in your life. EMDR is one of the tools I use to help people overcome traumatic effects of a trauma.. I use Assertiveness skills to build self-esteem and to help you get more of what you want out of life in both personal and professional relationships.
