Born and raised in Michigan, I relocated to Austin several years ago after living in Central Florida and Colorado. As a second career, I have been able to bring a unique perspective to therapy, life changes, parenting, marriage and family and how important it is to be in community.
In 2015, I completed my Master's in Science graduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Counseling Psychology. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, CBT, DBT and Attachment Theory focused. I can incorporate Art Therapy and other forms of experiential therapies upon request.
As an avid world traveler, I love getting to know people from a variety of cultures and religious backgrounds. I specialize in counseling from a Christian perspective for those who request it.
