Many of my clients experience post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, dissociation, grief, painful relationship or family dynamics, difficulty maintaining healthy boundaries, or persistent feelings of hopelessness and helplessness.
You can understand exactly why you feel or react the way you do-and still find yourself trapped in the same emotional patterns. Talk therapy can provide valuable insight, but insight alone does not always reach the deeper places where trauma continues to live and influence your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and choices.
Based on your needs, readiness, and treatment goals, I may incorporate Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Clinical Hypnosis, Bilateral Stimulation, and other trauma-informed approaches designed to work beyond words and engage the deeper brain and nervous-system processes involved in trauma.
My approach is compassionate, individualized, and grounded in the belief that your responses make sense in the context of what you have survived. I place a strong emphasis on reflective listening, validation, and creating an emotionally safe environment where you can feel genuinely heard and understood-without judgment or pressure.
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, and it cannot be forced. I will meet you where you are and help you develop greater stability, understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that respects both your needs and your nervous system.
