Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor with an extensive background in education, I believe in that every client has the capability to grow and tackle the issues that are holding them up in life. I have worked as a school counselor, private practice therapist, and in an inpatient setting. I currently work with children 8 and up, adolescents and teens, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and life changes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on solutions, but also help you identify the root cause of thoughts and behaviors that impact your life. I believe everyone has the answers within and with the right support and a safe space we can work together to accomplish your therapy goals.

What you can expect from our first session

During our sessions we will work together to determine your goals for therapy. Throughout the therapy process I strive to create a safe space to be vulnerable and an open and honest line of communication. I wrap up the session by sending you away with something to work on or "food for thought" between sessions to help practice skills and measure progress toward your goals.
