Great to meet you!

I am a warm, caring, and intuitive therapist who creates a safe space for clients to feel heard and supported. My professional background includes years of experience providing trauma‐informed, client‐centered care, integrating both evidence‐based practices and faith‐based encouragement. I hold formal training in counseling and specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and self‐esteem. I am passionate about helping individuals discover practical tools for healing while honoring their unique strengths and values. Together, we will work toward growth, resilience, and a deeper sense of peace in your life.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients by blending cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques with a psychoanalytic approach. This means I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns while also exploring deeper, unconscious influences that shape their emotions and relationships. My style is warm, intuitive, and collaborative—I aim to create a safe space where clients feel supported in both practical skill‐building and deeper self‐understanding. I specialize in trauma‐informed care, relationship challenges, and self‐esteem, guiding clients to develop healthier coping strategies while uncovering the root causes of their struggles. Together, we focus on both immediate relief and long‐term growth, so clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they feel safe to share openly without judgment. I begin by learning about your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we set initial goals—such as building coping strategies, improving communication, or gaining clarity about personal struggles. I also introduce practical tools and frameworks, so you leave the session with something tangible to begin using right away. My aim is to create a collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged to take the first steps toward healing and growth.
