Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sheryl Goularte, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders using a compassionate, whole-person approach. I offer both medication management and alternative therapies like ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and IV vitamin infusions. My goal is to help clients feel safe, supported, and empowered on their path to healing

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in both evidence-based medicine and whole-person care. I take the time to listen and understand each client’s unique story, then create a treatment plan that fits their goals, values, and lifestyle. Whether that includes medication, ketamine therapy, or holistic options like IV hydration and nutrition support, I believe in offering personalized care—not a one-size-fits-all solution. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you feel better and more in control of your life.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with a clear plan forward. My goal is to create a calm, judgment-free space where you can speak openly and feel safe exploring what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we work toward improving your mood, reducing anxiety, and building lasting tools for emotional balance and well-being. Whether it’s through medication, lifestyle changes, or therapeutic support, you’ll always know you’re not navigating this alone.
