I am obtained a Master of Counseling at Adams State University in 2005 and obtained a profession counseling license in 2007. I worked 10 years with at risk youth and families where I helped developed a Native American and sexual trafficked youth programs. I worked with inpatient adults with severe symptoms and substance use to assist with transitioning into the community. I specialize in complex trauma disorders, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, sleep, pain and neurodiversity.
