Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, balance, and growth. With nearly 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I’m so glad you’re here and look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe learning about ourselves is the foundation for building a healthy, balanced life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel supported as you grow. I draw from Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Bowen Family therapies to encourage empowerment and healthy life choices. When working with children, I use creativity and play to help them express themselves and strengthen family connections. I believe you already have the tools for healing—my role is to help you uncover and use them with confidence and care.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy thrives through collaboration, trust, and genuine connection, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen and empowered.
