Great to meet you!

Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, distracted, or unlike themselves. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, sleep problems, or stress that is affecting work, relationships, and daily life. Some have tried to manage alone for a long time and are unsure where to begin. I offer a respectful, judgment-free space to understand what you are experiencing and what support may help. Together, we create a practical treatment plan based on your symptoms, history, goals, and comfort level.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management by telehealth across Florida. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. I explain options clearly, listen to your concerns, monitor progress, and adjust treatment carefully. Care is available in English and Portuguese.

Seeking help can feel vulnerable, especially when you have not felt heard before. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin with a conversation at your pace and decide together what feels right. If you are ready for thoughtful, personalized care, I welcome you to contact me and take the next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each client’s symptoms, medical history, daily challenges, and personal goals before recommending treatment. I explain options clearly, welcome questions, and involve clients in every decision. When medication is appropriate, I prescribe carefully, monitor progress and side effects, and adjust the plan as needed. My goal is to help each person feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss what has been troubling you, how it affects your daily life, and what you hope to improve. I will review your psychiatric and medical history, current medications, sleep, mood, concentration, and other relevant concerns. We will then discuss possible diagnoses and treatment options, including the benefits and risks of medication when appropriate. You will leave with a clear, personalized plan and an understanding of the next steps.
