Great to meet you!

My name is Shezetta Morris. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Life and Human Capital Coach and Spiritual Leader. I obtained my Masters from Southern New Hampshire University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently pursuing my Ph.D in Counseling Education and Counseling Strategies. My therapeutic focus is in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Both of these interventions utilize my natural ability to empower and help a person reframe and gain a greater sense of balance in their life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a balance of therapeutic interventions and approaches in order to engage the needs of my clients. I focus on interventions that help individuals gain a greater sense of control to help them manage their own lives. I believe REBT and Solution Focused therapies and interventions do just that.
